Tagging Framework improvements
- Several new tags have been added, including:
- Geo-IP tags (example GEO-IP integration with Quova's GEOIP service is provided).
- Cart subtotal tag
- Previously viewed categories tag

Commerce Manager client improvements
- The Dynamic Content Delivery wizard has been improved.
- It is now possible to save and re-use conditions for use with the Dynamic Content Delivery wizard.
- Improved sorting and searching capabilities in various areas.
- Default permissions now restrict what can be viewed based on the user's permissions for stores, catalogs and warehouses.
- If the user does not have permission to perform any operations within an activity, that activity will not be displayed in the Activity menu.

Search server improvements
- The Solr library has been upgrade to version 1.3.
- A Quartz job was created to build the Commerce Manager user index.
- A Quartz job was created to build the shipping service level index.
- A Quartz job was created to trigger index optimization. When the job runs, it optimizes indexes that are not currently being rebuilt and are not scheduled for a rebuild.
- The new COMMERCE/SEARCH/indexOptimizationInterval setting specifies how often the index optimization job runs. It can be configured differently for each index. For example, the product index optimization can be scheduled to run every 12 hours while the category index optimization can be scheduled to run every hour.

Refund of shipping costs for returned items
Previously, shipping costs were refunded automatically when a refund was created for a returned item. Now, a refund must be created separately for the shipping costs if required.
