Background
As a CSR (Customer Service Representative) your job often includes creating refunds or exchanges for returned merchandise. Customers may return items because the item is defective, was damaged in delivery, or simply because they wish to exchange it for the same item of a different size or color. You can arrange these returns and exchanges using the Elastic Path Commerce 6.1 Commerce Manager.
In this tutorial, we'll lead you through the work flow required to issue a RMA, allowing a customer to return an item, and then through the subsequent steps of receiving the item into inventory, completing the return, and finally, issuing the refund.
